Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Available for all order amounts
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium aquatic gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Item must be in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Guard & Rescue Equipment
- Lifeguard gear
- Used swim gear (including rash guards and water polo equipment)
- Personal protective equipment
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and return details
- Wait for approval – We’ll review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive email confirmation when completed.
Refund Timelines & Methods:
- Credit card payments: Refunded to original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval
- PayPal payments: Refunded to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after approval
Note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or color:
- Follow the standard return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- We’ll process your refund once we receive the returned item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
