Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Item must be in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Guard & Rescue Equipment
  • Lifeguard gear
  • Used swim gear (including rash guards and water polo equipment)
  • Personal protective equipment

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification when this has been completed.

Refund Timelines & Methods

  • Credit card payments: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval
  • PayPal payments: Refunds will be processed to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after approval

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired item. We’ll process your refund once we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
